How Is Dysport Administered?

The number of Dysport units used will depend on your specific cosmetic goals.

Recovery & Results From Dysport

After your Dysport treatment, you may experience a headache as well as redness, swelling and bruising at the treatment site, but these are relatively common side effects that should go away in approximately 12 to 48 hours. A Dysport injection requires minimal downtime. You should not apply makeup to the site of injection for one day. You should also avoid strenuous activities for up to one to two days. Your Dysport injector will provide you with thorough aftercare instructions that will ensure you recover properly.

Dysport results may appear in two to seven days. However, final Dysport results will take approximately 2 weeks to appear. How long your results last will depend on your body's natural chemistry, but they will last around two to four months.
